Subtitle: My Christian Art Symbols
Full text: As any one who has read Dan Brown’s book the Da Vinci Code will know, it is full of symbolism in Christian art. And while we may not agree with his interpretation of the symbolism, it is a fact that Christian art is highly symbolic.
But, unlike the symbols in the Da Vinci Code that were used to convey mysteries and hidden meanings, symbols in Christian art had meanings that were well known and easily decoded. They formed a pictographic language.
